• Gsite Pro - £4,500 per year

Are there any limits on how much I can use Gsite?

Each package can be used for up to five concurrent projects without the need to upgrade or get a bespoke Enterprise package. If a project is completed, it will be archived and no longer count as an active project – but you will still be able to access that archived project whenever you need to.

If you go over that number of concurrent projects but don’t want to upgrade your level of service, our customer success team will work with you to find a solution which meets your needs.

We are invested in your success and understand that a Tier 3 contractor doesn’t have a limitless budget for digital tools like a Tier 1, so we want to make sure that the solution works for you. Additionally, the more sites you have, the more benefits you get from the software – so helping you expand your Gsite usage is a key way in which we work to ensure customer success.

How many users per site can I have on Gsite?

There are no limits on the number of users per site because no two sites are the same. A smaller site might have three times as many people on it as a larger one, but it’s important that your digital construction tool still works at maximum efficiency regardless.

For that reason, we’ve made it so you will never be charged extra for adding more users to your Gsite package, no matter how many people you have on site. In fact, the more people you add, the greater the efficiency gains, so the tool will provide even more value.

You can add unlimited sub-contractors to Gsite for each project. That ensures there is no loss of information, accountability or efficiency when you bring in additional help on your project.

Is support included in the price of Gsite?

You always get the same level of exceptional customer support with Gsite no matter what price you pay. Active support is vital for getting the most out of your digital construction tool, and we are pleased to offer an industry-leading service for all Gsite customers.

When you report an issue, our team will find the answer and make sure your problem is solved rapidly. Do I have to pay for data storage?

Unlimited data storage is included with all of our products so that you never run out of space. You can upload all the drawings, checklists, files, emails, certifications and anything else you need to make your project run smoothly without worrying.
