How many projects can Gsite support without the cost increasing?

How many projects can I use Gsite on?

Every Gsite subscription is a set cost with no surprise extras, making it ideal for your financial planning and budgeting. You can also plan ahead from an operational standpoint because our Gsite Lite and Pro packages both support up to five concurrent projects for that set fee.

There are no limits on the number of people who can use Gsite per site, but knowing there is a five project limit allows you to look at your workbook and know exactly what Gsite will cost, now and in the future.

Do projects still count towards the total once they are complete?

No, once a project is complete it no longer counts towards the total of five concurrent projects. Instead, we archive it for you once the project is marked as complete so all your data is kept securely and you don’t have to worry about losing anything.

If you need to access an old project again, you can see it in the archive and get the information you need on demand. Importantly, that does not make a project ‘live’ again, so you don’t have to worry about going over the limit of five concurrent projects if you access an older, completed one.

What if I have more than five projects running already?

If you currently have more than five projects live, you will need the bespoke Enterprise edition of Gsite. Our team will work with you to create a quote that suits your needs and a Tier 3 budget so that you get the best value for money and a construction management software which helps your business grow.

All of the same benefits apply once you have agreed an Enterprise package. There will be no surprise hidden costs and no limits on the number of people per project who can use the software.

That means no limits on collaboration, no additional administration and nothing standing in the way of seamless, efficient construction operations.

What if I go over five projects after buying Gsite?

Gsite is designed to help your business grow, and it’s quite normal for a business to start on a Lite or Pro plan and then need to upgrade it when they take on more sites in the future.
